Best Salad Dressings and Condiments
SALAD DRESSINGS
Tips:
- Place your favorite dressing in a small spray bottle and 'spray' your salad rather than pour from a bottle.
- Minimize the use of oil, including olive oil. Use lemon and/or lime juice instead.
- Use vinegar (plain or balsamic), but not vinaigrette. Mix with 1 packet of Splenda.
CONDIMENTS

4. Adobo seasonings (Adobo is high in sodium, and would not be a good option for those with high blood pressure).
5. Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic Powder, Garlic Pepper with Red Bell & Black Pepper, Garlic Powder with Parsley, Turmeric, Lemon, Lyme.
6. Roasted sesame seeds (by Tsunami) 2 teaspoon
7. Mustard
8. Mrs. Dash
9. McCormick's Spices, in particular their Grill Mates line of seasoning (note that some of the Grill Mates are high in sodium).
